Keith McCusker has 20 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and workforce development across many industries. As Strategic Workforce Manager for the Vermont Agency of Transportation, Keith partners with change leaders to implement programs that improve the Agency’s workforce culture. As a member of the AASHTO Transportation Workforce Management Subcommittee, Keith helped develop the AASHTO Transportation Workforce Management Playbook. The playbook is a how-to guide for DOTs to create a Strategic Workforce Plan and improve workforce planning and management programs. Keith has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University. During his undergrad, he was also a member of the Norwich University Corps of Cadets, where his passion for efficiency was born.
