John Kaliski is a Vice President of Cambridge Systematics with expertise in strategic planning, long-range planning, visioning, and economic and workforce development. John is the Project Manager working with AASHTO and TRB to develop and advance a national transportation vision framework under NCHRP 20-24 (138). He has led or supported strategic or long-range planning for multiple state DOTs, including Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire among the NASTO states, as well as for the Eastern Transportation Coalition.
