Troy is the Structures Design Bureau Project Engineer for priority projects within the NYSDOT Office of Structures. He oversees the final design of new and replacement bridge projects, as well as rehabilitations, throughout New York State. He has also been involved in many accelerated design and construction bridge projects, including emergency repairs. Troy has over 26 years of bridge design experience as a designer, squad leader, and project engineer. He graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of NY.
