Mark Luszcz was appointed DelDOT’s Chief Engineer in February 2025. He is responsible for delivering DelDOT’s annual capital program of nearly $600M and leading DelDOT’s Division of Transportation Solutions, including over 450 staff members. His other responsibilities include developing and implementing the Delaware Strategic Highway Safety Plan; legislative initiatives; asset management; property management; development of policies, manuals, guidelines, and standards; special events; and management of the 24/7/365 Transportation Management Center.
